Its just evolving the car and impvoring it. The F2004 was so dominant because bridgestone produced a much better tyre than it did in 2003. This alone gave the F2004 a huge pace increase over F2003-GA.Although the F2003-GA only won 8 races out of the 16 (50%), for roughly half the year it wasnt the fastest package. This was simply because the Micehlins were superior to the bridgestones and all Ferraris rivals were using them. Ferrari would have crushed the grid if it had michelins.
